However, his desire for a deeper, more personal connection with his guests led him to shift his focus to the world of short-term rentals. In this space, Preet is able to leverage his vast experience and intuition, crafting unique stays without the limitations of corporate hotel standards that are applied across thousands of properties.

• Preet’s journey in the short-term rental market began with Prima, a luxurious 5-bedroom, 3.5-bath home featuring a pool, hot tub, and expansive outdoor living area. Nestled on half an acre in the heart of Sonoma, Prima reflects Preet's vision of creating unforgettable stays for guests, offering a blend of comfort, luxury, and personalized service.

• In 2020, Preet was diagnosed with early-onset Parkinson’s. Since then, he has become an advocate for outreach and fundraising efforts, using his platform to raise awareness and support for the Parkinson’s community. Through his business and personal endeavors, Preet continues to prioritize connection and service, both to his guests and to the causes close to his heart.
